What does it cost?
Sentro HQ is ₱40,000 to set up plus ₱8,000 a year, which is ₱48,000 in year one. StoriHQ is ₱30,000 to set up plus ₱8,000 a year. The Full Stack Bundle, which includes both systems and your website, is ₱80,000 plus ₱14,000 a year. AI Systems Training is scoped to your business and quoted after one call.
Which channels does the guest inbox cover?
Facebook, Instagram, your website, email enquiries, and your reviews. Every message from those places lands in the same inbox, sorted so you can see what still needs an answer.
Does anything get sent to a guest automatically?
Not at first. For roughly the first fifty replies, the AI writes the draft, flags anything it reads as urgent, and waits for you to read it, edit it if needed, and send it yourself. Once fifty of those replies have been approved as good, and the AI has been trained on your brand information and SOPs, it can start sending routine replies on its own, still flagging anything unusual for a person.
What does the yearly fee cover?
It covers hosting, the Claude API usage behind the drafting, Airtable, monitoring, and support. Year two renews at the same annual fee, with no setup cost again.
How current are the booking and revenue numbers?
They refresh once every morning, so the figures on screen are current as of the start of the day. That covers what came in, what is booked, and who is arriving. Guest messages are separate and arrive as they are sent.
How long does setup take?
Sentro HQ and StoriHQ each take about a day to set up, once we have access to your channels and your photo library. A website takes about a week. What usually decides the timeline is how quickly those logins and photos reach us, so we ask for them on the first call.
Do you work with properties outside Baler?
Yes. The systems run online, so where your property is does not limit what we can build. We work with accommodation businesses across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Do I have to replace my website?
No. Sentro HQ and StoriHQ run alongside whatever site you already have. The Full Stack Bundle is the option that includes building the website, for when the site itself is part of the problem.
