Northswell AI (“Northswell”, “we”, “us”) builds AI systems for accommodation businesses, including Sentro HQ and StoriHQ. This policy explains what personal information we collect through northswelldigital.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Contact form details: your first and last name, email address, property or business name, the service you are exploring, and anything you write in your message.
- Booking details: if you book a consultation, the name, email and time slot you give through our Google Calendar booking page.
- Emails you send us: the content of any message you send to hello@northswelldigital.com.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and follow up on the conversation you started.
- To schedule and run consultations you book.
- To prepare proposals or onboard you if you decide to work with us.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and Google (for calendar bookings). They may process your data only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to respond and continue the conversation, and for up to two years after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as required for the engagement and for legal and accounting purposes.

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as those set by WordPress and our form tool. If we add analytics or other tracking in the future, we will update this policy.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
